Rangers are 'considering' a move for Portland Timbers striker Kevin Kelsy, according to a new report
They are seeking cover after Youssef Chermiti's ACL injury on Sunday. The 22-year-old Portugal under-21 international was stretchered off during the 2-1 defeat to Hibs, leaving Derek McInnes with limited attacking options.
The Daily Record states that Kelsy is on Rangers’ shortlist, with the Ibrox recruitment team identifying several potential targets for a permanent or loan move before the window closes.

Venezuela international Kelsy, also 22, has netted nine goals in 17 MLS appearances for Portland Timbers this season.
He joined the American club from Shakhtar Donetsk after a loan spell with FC Cincinnati, having also played for Mineros de Guayana and Boston River earlier in his career. Standing at 6ft 4in, he could be a valuable addition to the Rangers squad.
Following Chermiti’s setback, Lawrence Shankland, Ryan Naderi, and Bojan Miovski are Rangers’ available senior centre-forward options.
