Kevin Thelwell and Patrick Stewart were confronted by a couple of furious Rangers fans at a hotel reception following the team's latest loss under Russell Martin.
The Ibrox side went down 2-1 to Sturm Graz in the Austrian city last night, as further pressure mounted on Martin's position as head coach.
The result means Rangers have began this season's Europa League campaign with consecutive defeats to Genk and Graz, leaving the Scottish Premiership giants on zero points in the league phase.
Last season's top eight finish looks a far cry off what the current, new-look team is capable of.
And supporters have clearly had enough of the endless excuses coming from Martin's mouth as to why things aren't clicking for the team so far in his tenure.
It appears things came to somewhat of a head in the reception of a hotel in Graz last night between some Rangers fans and those in power at the club.
Footage widely shared online shows both Thelwell, the club's sporting director, and Patrick Stewart, Rangers' chief executive, being accosted by angry fans.

In the two videos circulating, one man could be heard telling Thelwell: "That was f*****g garbage. We're spending thousands of pounds every week"
Meanwhile, another male could be seen holding a pint, conveying his frustrations to Stewart, saying: "Get a manager who can actually coach boys," before later added: "It's your job to find a good manager, this is rotten. It's rotten to the core."
The second fan appeared to be protesting with Stewart as to who he, the fan, would appoint to replace Martin.
After some time, the first man could be seen shaking hands and patting Thelwell on the back after the former Everton chief engaged in conversation with him.
Both Thelwell and Stewart could be seen, and heard, trying to discuss the gripes of the supporters with them, as a member of Rangers' security staff kept a watchful eye on the tense situation.
