It would normally be a fine in any other circumstance ... but what happens when the boss is the offender?
That was the situation when Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack was interrupted mid-flow during the press conference in Porto - by Steven Gerrard 's phone ringing.
Jack was previewing Thursday evening's Europa League clash with the Portuguese giants when a ringing noise to his side stopped him in his tracks.
It soon became evident the phone was Gerrard's and the sheepish looking gaffer mumbled "fine" as he reached into his pocket.
Gerrard then vowed to fine his wife when he revealed it was his better half Alex trying to get in touch. Watch the clip in our player above.
Rangers take on Porto on matchday three this evening looking to get back into the top two in Group G.
