Rangers and Celtic prospects named in Scotland under-21 team v Croatia - how to watch the match

The Scotland under-21s side for this afternoon's European Championships qualifier against Croatia has been announced.

Ross Doohan, on loan at Ross County from Celtic, starts in goals while Rangers starlet Nathan Patterson is also included in the side. Motherwell player Allan Campbell starts in midfield along with Aberdeen duo Lewis Ferguson and Ross McCrorie. McCrorie will captain the side.

Scott Gemmill's starting lineup is as follows: Doohan, Reading, Harvie, Porteous, Johnston, Campbell, Patterson, Hornby, Maguire, Ferguson, McCrorie.

Rangers duo Glenn Middleton and Lewis Mayo are on the subs bench, along with loaned out 'keeper Robby McCrorie. Celtic's David Turnbull and Stephen Welsh are also among the subs. Chelsea's Billy Gilmour has to settle for a place on the bench too.

The substitutes bench is as follows: McCrorie, Fiorini, Gilmour, Middleton, Turnbull, McIntyre, Welsh, McLennan, Mayo.

Victory against Croatia today, combined with a win over Greece next week, would see the under-21s side qualify for a European Championships for the first time since 1996.

The match gets underway at Tynecastle at 3pm. You can watch all the action live on YouTube.
