Rangers are set to make Hull City and Croatia goalkeeper Ivor Pandur their fourth summer signing.
Jack Butland will move in the opposite direction as he completes a return to the Premier League as part of the deal.
The Ibrox side will pay a net fee of £3million, according to the Rangers Review. £6m is the agreed for Pandur, £3m for Butland.
Following an unconvincing season, the 33-year-old's position as Rangers No.1 was under threat and he now moves on.

Pandur is set to take the gloves under new manager Derek McInnes will Liam Kelly his rival for the position having signed a new deal.
Butland will team up with former Ibrox teammates Kieran Dowell and John Lundstram at the EPL new boys.
Pandur is currently at the World Cup but hasn't played a game with Dominik Livaković starting between the sticks and likely to continue.
He is likely to be a Rangers player by the time Croatia's World Cup adventure is over.
