Rangers AGM details revealed as Ibrox club face major questions heading into 2023

RANGERS have confirmed that their annual AGM will take place next month.

Shareholders will be able to voice their concerns to the Ibrox board following a turbulent month both on the field and off it.

On the pitch, Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side have struggled both in Europe and in the Scottish Premiership.

Their disastrous group stage campaign mean the club now hold the record for the worst performance in Champions League history.

Closer to home domestically performances have been lacklustre and a latest defeat to St Johnstone has piled the pressure on van Bronckhorst and his players.

Fans have also voiced their frustrations in terms of recruitment and a lack of spending in transfer windows.

The AGM meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 6 with location details to be sent out to shareholders on Monday, November 14.

An email from the club, read: "The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rangers International Football Club pic will take place on Tuesday 6 December.

"Full details of the event will be sent to all Rangers shareholders on Monday 14 November, following the next trading window on the Tifosy Exchange.

"Shareholders will be required to indicate their attendance and vote their shares in advance of the meeting."
