Randy Rainbow releases parody song about GOP congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene

Comedian Randy Rainbow has released a new parody song targeting Georgia Congresswomen – and noted Qanon conspiracy theorist – Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Set to the tune of Barbra Streisand's “Evergreen”, the song parody takes aim at “nuts filling the GOP” but focuses on Greene, who “seldom has a clue". The clip also frequently cuts to old footage of Greene promoting conspiracies on social media.

“While these schmos happily write her checks, she blames Muslims and satanic pizza sex,” the YouTube star sings, citing the primary Qanon theory, which falsely claims there exists a Satanic cabal of Democratic pedophiles.

Indeed, Greene has recently responded to reports that she was going to be removed from her committee assignments, which include the Education & Labor Committee, in Congress.

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday morning, the Republican responded in anger and wrote: “No matter what GOP Leader [Kevin McCarthy] does it would never be enough for the hate America Democrats.”

The controversy surrounding Greene reached a peak last week, amid reports that she verbally abused a Parkland School shooting survivor, supported the execution of Democrat leaders in Congress on social media, and disputed whether or not a plane crashed into the Pentagon on 9/11.

Meanwhile, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell had harsh words for the Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene on Monday (1 February).

The far-right Republican congresswoman’s “loony lies” are a “cancer for the Republican party,” the Kentucky Republican said in a statement.

“Somebody who’s suggested that perhaps no airplane hit the Pentagon on 9/11, that horrifying school shootings were pre-staged, and that the Clintons crashed JFK Jr’s airplane is not living in reality,” continued McConnell. “This has nothing to do with the challenges facing American families or the robust debates on substance that can strengthen our party.”
