Ranbir Kapoor, who welcomed his first child, a baby girl with his wife Alia Bhatt, did not miss his gym this week. His trainer showered praise on the actor for the same.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Ranbir’s trainer shared a photo with the actor from the gym and penned a sweet note.

Dressed in a blue t-shirt, black shorts, and shoes, Ranbir looked dashing as ever as he sported long hair and a beard. The actor wraps his arm around his trainer and gives the camera a thumbs up.Along with the lovely picture, the trainer wrote, ‘This guy probably had the best excuse not to hit the gym this week after the birth of his baby daughter. However, he didn’t skip a beat and smashed every single session. Congratulations once again @aliaabhatt @ranbir_kapoooor.’
As soon as he shared the photo, likes and comments poured in from all sides. While one of his fans wrote, ‘He looked in good shape in Brahmastra, now we know how’, another one added, ‘Ranbir Kapoor getting stronger.’
Announcing the birth of her baby girl, Alia shared a sweet note on Instagram for their friends and fans. It read, ‘And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here...and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love - Blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!! Love love love Alia and Ranbir.’
The couple tied the knot earlier this year in April in an intimate wedding ceremony with just close friends and family in attendance.
