'Ramsdale robbed' - Arsenal fans all say the same thing after England team news is released

Premier League action is nearly back with us after another lengthy international break and Arsenal fans will be eager to see their side build on some positive results.

The weeks before the break saw Mikel Arteta's side win four matches on the bounce, including a 3-1 victory over Tottenham, before drawing 0-0 with high-flying Brighton.

Crystal Palace await after the international break and a win could see the Gunners move to within a point of the top four, providing other results also go their way.

But before that, there are just a handful of international matches left to get through, including England's clash with Hungary at Wembley on Tuesday night.

Gareth Southgate called on the services of Aaron Ramsdale and Bukayo Saka ahead of the World Cup qualifiers after impressing in the opening weeks of the season.

Saka was excellent for the Three Lions during Euro 2020 while Ramsdale has made a fast start to life in north London after moving from Sheffield United in the summer.

But neither were chosen to start at Wembley on Tuesday night.

Saka started and found the net during Saturday's 5-0 thrashing of Andorra but Ramsdale is now likely to end the break with no minutes to his name.

He has quickly won round thousands of Arsenal fans and they were quick to jump to his defence after seeing his omission by Southgate in favour of Jordan Pickford.

Here is the best of what they had to say...

@hj90yt said: "No Ramsdale, no Saka. I ain't watching."

@Pokemasteryuey said: "Need Ramsdale to steal that spot."
