Rams Week 3 snap counts: Woods leads WRs, defense goes dime-heavy vs. Bucs

Sean McVay made a point to get DeSean Jackson involved on offense this week after he played just three snaps in Week 2 against the Colts. His plan worked as Jackson caught three passes for 120 yards and one touchdown, which came on a 75-yard bomb from Matthew Stafford.

He got more playing time in the Rams’ win over the Buccaneers on Sunday, while the other receivers’ snaps decreased slightly in this deeper rotation. On defense, it was a dime-heavy plan of attack from Raheem Morris’ unit, leaning on the secondary against the Buccaneers’ passing game; Tom Brady threw it 55 times to the running backs’ nine carries.

Here’s a look at the snap counts on offense and defense.
