Rams Week 3 injury report: Donald limited, Higbee and Blythe DNP

The Los Angeles Rams took care of business against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday afternoon, but the win came with a few injuries. Tyler Higbee, Aaron Donald and Austin Blythe all left the game at some point, and only Donald was able to return.

Sean McVay said after the game that it was a minor back injury and the Rams would be smart about it, but it’s clearly hindering him some. On Wednesday, he was limited in practice due to the back issue.

Higbee and Blythe did not participate due to chest and ankle injuries, respectively. Higbee even had to be taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Malcolm Brown was also limited with an ankle injury that popped up. He’s been a big part of the offense thus far.

The Browns’ side of things heading into Week 3 is far more precarious. They had a couple of players limited due to injuries and a bunch more who did not participate in practice Wednesday, including Christian Kirksey, David Njoku and Damarious Randall.
