Despite losing five games in a row to the 49ers, the Rams are still favored to beat their division rivals on Sunday afternoon. That’s in part because the game is at SoFi Stadium, but also because the Rams have simply been the better team this season.
According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Rams are 4.5-point favorites against the 49ers, which is where the line opened earlier this week. The over/under is set at 44.5 points, and if you want to bet on the Rams to win outright, the money line is -220 ($220 bet returns profit of $100).
This season, the Rams and 49ers are both 8-8 against the spread. The 49ers have been much better in their last 10 games, however, going 7-3 ATS in that span compared to the Rams’ 4-6 mark.
During the Rams’ five-game winning streak, they’ve covered the spread four times, with last week’s win over the Ravens being the only exception. The 49ers are 3-2 ATS in their last five games.
