Rams training camp: Live updates from joint practice with Chargers

After a day off on Wednesday, the Los Angeles Rams made the short drive from UC Irvine to the Jack Hammett Sports Complex in Costa Mesa, Calif., where they’ll practice with the Chargers on Thursday. It’s the first joint practice of the year for either team, giving them both the chance to hit someone besides their own teammates.

The Rams put a lot of value in practices with other teams, essentially using them to replace preseason games when it comes to starters. As a result, expect Jared Goff, Todd Gurley, Aaron Donald and the other top players to get plenty of work in on Thursday.
