Los Angeles Rams RB Todd Gurley did not score a touchdown in his homecoming to North Carolina last week, but the former Georgia Bulldog made up for it this week with a great diving touchdown. In a rematch of the 2019 NFC Championship Game Gurley gave the Rams a seven point lead midway through the third quarter:
There’s been a lot of talk about how Sean McVay and the Los Angeles staff would split carries between Gurley and other runningbacks. So far Gurley has not dominated the teams’ touches as he did in years past. If it keeps Gurley fresh for the playoffs, then the plan would pay off.
