It had been 14 years since Tiger Woods won his last green jacket at the Masters and more than a decade since his last major championship, but those droughts ended on Sunday at Augusta National. Woods captured his 15th major win Sunday and there were very few sports fans not parked in front of their TVs watching it unfold.
Rams players were certainly among those with their eyes on Tiger Sunday afternoon, reacting on Twitter with overwhelming support for the 43-year-old, who just came from behind to win a major championship for the first time in his illustrious career.
Jared Goff was actually at the Masters watching Tiger last week, and Todd Gurley thanked him for being Woods’ good-luck charm.
