The Rams deserve to be favored against their division foes, having won five straight games and sitting at 12-4 with one week to play. They’ve become one of the best teams in the NFC, despite Matthew Stafford’s recent struggles with turnovers.

Elsewhere in the NFC West, the Cardinals are favored by 6.5 points over the Seahawks in a game that also carries major playoff implications. If the Rams lose and the Cardinals win, the Cardinals take the division and bump the Rams all the way down to No. 5 in the NFC.
That would be a worst-case scenario, of course. As long as the Rams win, they’ll secure the No. 2 seed and set themselves up to host two playoff games.
