The Rams are in great shape health-wise heading into Sunday’s game against the Lions, with only one player carrying an injury designation into the contest. The final injury report of the week listed Sony Michel as a limited participant due to a shoulder injury, making him questionable to play.
However, Sean McVay said earlier on Friday that Michel is expected to be on the field against the Lions on Sunday, making his questionable designation nothing more than a precaution. DeSean Jackson also got the day off on Friday for rest.

T.J. Hockenson, Trey Flowers, D’Andre Swift and Jason Cabinda are all listed as questionable, but the fact that they were all able to practice in a limited capacity Friday is a sign that they’ll be available this weekend.
