Regular-season football is nearly upon us, as we’re just a few short days away from Rams-Cowboys on Sunday night. The Rams held their first real practice on Wednesday and submitted their initial injury report, giving an indication of which players may or may not play against Dallas.
Darrell Henderson’s status remains uncertain for Week 1, though Sean McVay said Wednesday that he remains optimistic about the running back being able to suit up this weekend. That echoes his thoughts from Monday, continuing a positive trend for Henderson.
The fact that Henderson was able to practice in full today is a good sign, too, as the Rams hope he can suit up alongside Cam Akers and Malcolm Brown.
Andrew Whitworth got a veteran’s rest day, as he often did on Wednesday’s last season.
