The Brazilian midfielder joined the Blues in 2010 and went on to make almost 250 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea , scoring 33 goals in his six years with the club.
He was a popular figure during his time in west London, with the Blues enjoying plenty of success in his six years at Stamford Bridge, as Chelsea won the Premier League title, FA Cup, League Cup, Champions League and Europa League in that time.
And he has pinpointed one moment in his time at Chelsea as a particular highlight, after being asked what his best goal for the club was via Instagram.

The 32-year-old, who now plays for Chinese club Jiangsu Suning, responded by saying it was his goal in the Nou Camp against Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final in 2012, as can be seen below.
The goal, which helped Chelsea win 3-2 on aggregate, saw the Brazilian lob Victor Valdes to make the score 2-2, putting the Blues ahead on away goals, and his effort was later voted as Chelsea's goal of the season.
