Ralf Rangnick begins his journey as Manchester United manager in today's crucial match against Crystal Palace.
There has been a lot of anticipation around Rangnick's arrival, as the 63-year-old comes to England with a massive reputation on his shoulders.
Undoubtedly, as he confirmed in his press conference, this is the biggest job he's had in his career and if he gets United firing, who knows what it'll lead to.
Rangnick will be without Raphael Varane, Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani for his first match in charge, as none have recovered from their injuries.
Left-back Luke Shaw remains on the sidelines as he recovers from a head injury.
Here is the team news:
Manchester United: De Gea, Dalot, Lindelof, Maguire, Telles, Fred, McTominay, Sancho, Fernandes, Rashford, Ronaldo.
Crystal Palace: Guaita, Clyne, Tomkins, Guehi, Mitchell, Schlupp, Kouyate, Gallagher, Ayew, Zaha, Benteke
Is Sancho Rangnick's go-to man?
In the build-up to the match and all the media surrounding Ralf Rangnick's arrival to United, one player who continued to get mentioned was 21-year-old Jadon Sancho.
Sancho was signed from Borussia Dortmund in the summer, and Rangnick confirmed he tried to get him when he was the Sporting Director at Red Bull. From his recent comments on the winger, it's clear that he could be the man who most improves out of United's other players.

After United's 3-2 win over Arsenal, Rangnick said: "If I look at his [Sancho] development over the last few weeks - even against Arsenal when we were 3-2 up and he was working really hard to help the team to defend the win - then it's clear that his trajectory is now going upwards."
In recent weeks, Sancho has been sensational for United and has started to show signs of why the club spent £73million for his services. Another start in the bank symbolises him being on the right path, and it's evident that Rangnick has a lot of plans for him in the forthcoming weeks ahead.
Will Ronaldo play differently?
I think all the stuff around Cristiano Ronaldo and his pressing has been a bit over the top because he hasn't pressed for a lot of his career.
Rangnick coming in has undoubtedly fuelled the talk around how Ronaldo will fit into his system, but as the German confirmed on Friday, he will have to adapt to his players.
I think Ronaldo has been United's most important player this season, and without him, the club wouldn't be in the Champions League knockout stages and would have lost a few Premier League matches.
It'll be interesting to see whether Ronaldo's role changes from what we've seen in recent weeks, but it's good to see him start under Rangnick.
