Ralf Rangnick is yet to taste defeat as interim manager of Manchester United after three games played, with positives to take from all three fixtures.
However, it is his post-match analysis while conducting his media duties that has really raised eyebrows, the former RB Leipzig coach not shying away from letting everyone know where he feels his players could improve.
Whereas his predecessor Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could often be accused of at best being coy, at worst tactically limited during his interviews after games, Rangnick has shown no sign of similar behaviour.
During a number of the humiliating defeats suffered by United this season, Solskjaer would neglect to highlight exactly where his side struggled and at times sought to blame external factors such as refereeing decisions.

Rangnick is yet to oversee a game where his side have been on the wrong end of any contentious officiating, but the 63-year-old has still sparked optimism among the Old Trafford faithful with his in-depth dissection of individual performances as well as his brutal honesty.
After the mid-week Champions League draw at home to Swiss outfit BSC Young Boys, Rangnick openly declared he was annoyed that he felt his players had ignored his instructions.
Though that performance could be put down to the level of inexperience on the pitch, United's new boss deploying six teenagers across the course of the 90 minutes, he was unsatisfied with the hard-fought win at Carrow Road on Saturday evening.
"It was a very intense game, very physical. They played well, they didn’t play like a bottom team. We had some problems in the first 15 minutes," Rangnick told BBC's Match of the Day.
"From the start we controlled the game but didn’t always have the best possible solutions. Defensively we did well, tactically in the first half we didn’t allow them to have too many shots or chances.
"It’s another clean sheet but still a lot of work to do. The second half I was not at all happy with the amount of corners that we gave away, but we got the three points."

Rangnick went on to explain how his United side should have looked to exploit Norwich's tendency to start with a high-line, revealing in his post-match analysis: "We have conceded the highest amount of goals in the top 10.
"Now we have two clean sheets which is good but we still need to improve on that away, especially against physical teams or teams that attack high like Norwich did.
"It’s also a question of body language and physicality and this was one of the major issues that we could have done better."
Rangnick's ability to not just go through the motions but explain in great detail what areas he will look to address is a refreshing change for the Old Trafford faithful, who will no doubt feel more confident about the season ahead than they were a month ago.
