Ralf Rangnick plans £100m Man Utd makeover as new boss hints at big changes

Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick has been handed a whopping £100m to spend in the January transfer window.

The bumper kitty means plenty of new faces could come in next month to help get the Red Devils' season back on track and the club are already being linked with a number of players for the problem midfield position.

It comes as the new United boss has hinted at some big changes ahead of their next game.

And after watching his side beat Crystal Palace 1-0 in his first game in charge last weekend, it appears the new Old Trafford boss has reason to be thankful for Jose Mourinho.

Big changes hinted

Rangnick could make wholesale changes for his side's final Champions League group stage game against Young Boys on Wednesday night.

It appears that bringing in a centre-midfielder or two is high on the list of priorities and the club have been linked with a number of players already.

And there are a handful of players the German manager is bound to be considering getting rid of as he plans changes to his squad.
