Manchester United are set to enter the start of a new era with the appointment of Ralf Rangnick, who will take charge of the club on an interim basis until the end of the season.
There's plenty of work to do at Old Trafford, both on and off the field, with 2022 set to be a big year as Ed Woodward is leaving his position and it should bring about further changes.
Rangnick won't be a part of those changes for the long-term, as his deal until the end of the season will be to get the club pointing in the right direction but he will stay involved in a consultancy role.
Getting the club back on track is a significant task in itself, given United 's woes so far this term, and, given all the fans have had to endure in the past few months, there will be some who are concerned as to whether Rangnick can lead to the improvements that are necessary.
However, you don't have to look far to see that Rangnick's mark on the Premier League - starting with United's opponents this weekend, Chelsea.
Ahead of this weekend's clash, Tuchel has spoken about how Rangnick, a former coach of his, played an integral part of his decision to move into coaching - a move that has certainly led to success, given he led Chelsea to Champions League glory last season.
Elsewhere in England's top-flight, Liverpool have a squad with extensive history with the Red Bull franchises, where Rangnick served as sporting director and helped to craft the likes of RB Leipzig and Red Bull Salzburg.
Sadio Mane, Naby Keita, Ibrahima Konate and Takumi Minamino all made their breakthrough at those clubs - and there's plenty of other players in the league who have also developed at those clubs.
Chelsea's Timo Werner and Leicester's Patson Daka are among them, while the list of players heavily touted for a transfer from those clubs to the Premier League is equally as extensive.
Without Rangnick, Leipzig's rise would have been considerably less successful and the controversial Bundesliga team may not have even made their break in the top-flight.
If Rangnick can get similar success during his short stint at United, and provide a more direct impact upon the Premier League, then it will be bad news for the club's rivals.
