Manchester United have named the same starting line up for the third Premier League match in succession.
United are back in action on Saturday evening when they travel to Carrow Road to face Norwich and have made wholesale changes from the side which faced Young Boys in midweek.
Rangnick fielded a second string side for the Champions League dead-rubber fixture and has made 11 changes from the draw with a host of star players returning to action.
Speaking ahead of the match with Norwich, the interim manager explained his team selection and why he stuck with the same side which beat Arsenal and Crystal Palace in the last two league outings.
"Yeah that was one of the reasons why we changed the starting XI vs Young Boys," he told MUTV. "The other reason was to see the other players play in a competitive game. We could train the whole week with the other 11 players. For me there was no reason to change anything."
United are without Nemanja Matic, Juan Mata, Anthony Martial, Edinson Cavani and Aaron Wan-Bissaka for the match and Rangnick was also asked about their absence.
He added: "Two of them are ill, Aaron is injured, he got two knocks vs Young Boys he didn't feel good enough to be part of the team today."
