Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo has arrived at the NBA bubble in Orlando, and the veteran doesn’t seem happy with the accommodations.
Rondo posted a photo of his hotel room to Instagram, with the caption “Motel 6 hun @nba” and an emoji of a middle finger.
Were the Lakers staying in a budget hotel, that would certainly be a story. But Rondo shared a photo of the hotel room, and it looks fine? Like a completely normal, standard, slightly above average hotel room?
That is … an objectively nice hotel room! I would be delighted to stay in that hotel room!
Listen, Rajon, I have stayed in a Motel 6 in Twin Falls, Idaho (don’t ask) and that place dreams of looking like this. There were dogs in some of the rooms there, and also I’m pretty sure ghosts. My friend Tristan and I slept on top of our clothes because we didn’t trust the bedding.
Anyway, that hotel room is good. That hotel room is fine. Be happy with that totally fine hotel room.
