Rajkumar Santoshi recently opened up about his plans to collaborate with Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. The filmmaker also added that he is working on good scripts for the actors.
In an interview with a news portal, Santoshi said that he respects Aamir Khan both as an actor and as a person. The director revealed that he has a subject for a film and that he was supposed to meet Aamir during ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. However, the superstar announced his break from films. He also added that when he meets Aamir, he will narrate the story to him and he will try to end the actor’s break from films.
Talking about Salman Khan, Rajkumar told Pinkvilla that he is a good actor but he is not getting good scripts. The director pointed out how ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ was a good script and how Salman did a wonderful job in it. According to him, Salman deserves a good script. He also went on to reveal that Salman is suitable for all kinds of scripts and he has something he is working on.
Santoshi also added that Salman should take up more challenging roles to keep the actor inside him alive.
Rajkumar Santoshi’s film, ‘Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh’ will be locking horns with Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Pathaan’ at the box office on January 25, 2023.
