JAIPUR: In a meeting between Rajasthan Berozgar Ekikrit Mahasangh and the government officials on Wednesday, there was an agreement to fulfil four more demands of the unemployed youths.
“There was an agreement on releasing the state-level merit list of the REET recruitment exam, instead of releasing district-level merit list. It was agreed upon to increase the number of posts for the PTI recruitment exam. The notification for panchayati raj JEN recruitment exam was issued after the talks on Wednesday. There was an agreement to release the notification for junior instructor recruitment exam in March-April,” said president of the mahasangh Upen Yadav.
The unemployed youths - under the banner Rajasthan Berojgar Ekikrit Mahasangh - held a demonstration on Wednesday at Bais Godown demanding CBI probe into REET question paper leak, passage of a stricter law against paper leaks and malpractices in recruitment exams and other issues.They had also threatened to gherao the state assembly on February 22 if all their demands were not fulfilled by then.
