Rain washes out NLDS Game 4 between Cubs, Nationals; rescheduled to Wednesday

CHICAGO _ Tuesday's National League Division Series Game 4 between the Cubs and Nationals at Wrigley Field was postponed due to rain.

The game was rescheduled for Wednesday at 3:08 p.m.

The game was officially delayed at 3:50 p.m., and the tarp was placed on the infield about 20 minutes later despite no precipitation. Officials from Major League Baseball, the Cubs and Nationals met twice before the game was postponed.
