UK rail tours are on track to offer an alternative to flying for holidaymakers this summer with passengers able to explore some of the most exciting routes across the country and Europe.
Great Rail Journeys is offering tours to Scotland, Yorkshire and Wales, as well as other places throughout the nation and further afield.
The operator has worked closely with hotels and suppliers to ensure the necessary government and public health guidance is implemented.
As a result of the additional measures, Great Rail Journeys has attained Visit Britain’s ‘We’re Good to Go’ accreditation, so travellers can be sure holidays adhere to all Covid-related industry standards.
To further give guests that added reassurance, all 2021 UK and European escorted tours have no more than 25 people in the company has also updated its travel insurance to give additional Covid cover at no extra cost.
