Properties were raided and searches carried out in the city centre as part of a police day of action.
It was centred around the Cornwallis Street area of town, with two raids today (Friday) being carried out by police in riot gear.
Officers also carried out land sweeps on patches of open ground overlooked by Liverpool Cathedral, and in a play area.
In a post on its Facebook page, police said: "Admiral Street local policing team have been in the Cornwallis area on a day of action.
"Two warrants have been carried out, there have been land sweeps and our partners at Onward Homes provided skips for the community's use.
"Our staff have been speaking to members of the local community and distributing Youknowwho leaflets in the area to support County Lines week.
"There are also officers patrolling the city as part of Operation Mute to deal with illegal use of e-scooters as part of Road Safety Week."
