The drama is over and Raiders’ fans can take a sigh of relief. Antonio Brown lost his grievance against the NFL to wear his helmet of choice. This was announced Monday afternoon by Adam Schefter of ESPN.
The rumors of Brown threatening to retire have been circling as well, but Brown on Monday announced he is coming back to the Raiders soon.
What does this mean for the Raiders going forward? It means they finally get their superstar back into camp and working on his timing with Derek Carr. Brown was not going to play in the preseason anyways, but practicing and learning the playbook is essential for this team to be successful.
