Raiders WR Antonio Brown listed as 3rd-best receiver in NFL by Touchdown Wire

For the last decade, Antonio Brown has widely been considered the best receiver in football after making four straight All-Pro teams and seven straight Pro Bowls. He was the model of consistency in Pittsburgh, catching at least 100 passes in six consecutive seasons.

But over the last few months, Brown has suddenly become underrated. In a recent article by Doug Farrar of the Touchdown Wire, Brown was named as just the third-best receiver in the league behind DeAndre Hopkins and Julio Jones. Take a look at Farrar’s thoughts on Brown:

There is no better route runner in the NFL, and Brown’s ability to break off route concepts to adjust for the quarterback has been leaving cornerbacks in his dust for years.

There is obviously some concern as to how Brown will fit into the Raiders’ offense, but he has proven that he is still more than capable of putting up All-Pro numbers. Look for Brown to re-establish himself as the best receiver in the league by the end of the 2019 season.
