Raiders vs Packers: Time, TV schedule, odds, streaming, how to watch

In Week 3 of the preseason, the Oakland Raiders will take on the Green Bay Packers in Canada to prepare for the 2019 season. While it hasn’t been announced which starters will and won’t play, most of the 90-man roster will at see at least some action in tonight’s game.
