Raiders to visit with LB Devin White on Tuesday

The Oakland Raiders have done a lot of work at the linebacker position this offseason. The team has signed veterans Brandon Marshall and Vontaze Burfict to help stabilize the position for the 2019 season.

However, that doesn’t mean they are out on some of the top linebacker prospects in this year’s draft. In fact, it wouldn’t be a complete shock to see them use the No. 4 pick on a linebacker.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Raiders will visit with LSU’s Devin White, the top linebacker this year, on Tuesday and Wednesday.

White was dominant at LSU last season. He tallied 123 total tackles to go along with 12 tackles for a loss as he was named the Dick Butkus Award Winner.

With the 2019 NFL Draft lacking linebacker depth, the Raiders could look to grab White at No. 4 and then add to the defensive line later in the draft. Don’t rule out White as a possible selection for the Raiders with the No. 4 pick.
