Raiders to host linebackers Manti Teo, Brandon Marshall and Aaron Lynch

On Monday, two reports came out saying the Raiders were either hosting or displaying interest in linebackers during the second wave of free agency.

First, Ian Rapport reported the Raiders were hosting Manti Teo and Aaron Lynch. Also, they could make a run at Vontaze Burfict.

On the day Vontaze Burfict is released and available, worth noting: The #Raiders are already doing work on LBs, hosting FAs Manti Teo and Aaron Lynch, source said. Oakland may have interest in Burfict, too.

Shortly after that,  Mike Klis, who covers the Broncos for 9news, reported their interest in former Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall.

Every fan knows the Raiders and good linebackers are two things that haven’t meshed in years. The position requires a serious upgrade, and it seems like Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden are finally looking to address it.

Hopefully, they avoid Burfict who is probably the dirtiest play in the NFL and wouldn’t add anything to the roster.
