Raiders sign DE Benson Mayowa to a 1-year contract

Raiders waited a while to fill up the defensive end depth chart, but now they are coming in hot. The newest addition is former Raider Benson Mayowa after playing with the Arizona Cardinals in 2018.

Mayowa finished last year with 4 sacks and only has 13 sacks his career. He got a decent grade from Pro Football Focus coming in at 73.4 overall grade.

This is definitely a depth signing and should not keep the Raiders from adding early in the draft. The Raiders will use those four top 35 picks to fill in the rest of the defensive line.
