With the 137th pick in the 2019 NFL draft, the Oakland Raiders have selected tight end Foster Moreau.
Moreau is an outstanding athlete, testing in the in the 84th percentile of all tight ends, according to 3sigmaathlete.com. While he is under-developed as a receiver, his athleticism and speed (4.66 40-yard dash) make teams believe that he could be a much better pro than college player.
Moreau is an outstanding blocker who can play all over the field. At this point in the draft, this is a home-run selection for Oakland.
