Raiders rookies get their ratings in Madden NFL 20

We are just a few weeks away from EA Sports releasing their newest version of Madden. Ahead of the release, the developers at EA Sports have released their ratings for the entire 2019 rookie class. For the Raiders, they have two of the highest-rated rookies in the class in defensive end Clelin Ferrell and running back Josh Jacobs.

Ferrell is the third highest-rated defensive end, behind only Nick Bosa (78) and Josh Allen (77). Jacobs is the highest-rated runner by a good margin. Both players are expected to be instant starters for the Raiders in Year 1. You can take a look at the ratings for the entire rookie class for the Raiders below:

It’s noteworthy that fifth-round pick Hunter Renfrow was rated ahead of first-round pick Johnathan Abram and second-round selection Trayvon Mullen. Renfrow is one of the highest-rated rookie receivers in the game and will likely start for the Raiders in the slot as a rookie.

It will be fascinating to see how Renfrow’s rating is impacted by his play early in the season as the game updates their ratings weekly.
