The Oakland Raiders have cut 37 players and are now down to the league requirement of 53 players. Oakland made several surprising moves, including release veteran fullback Keith Smith, wide receivers Keelan Doss and Marcell Ateman and linebacker Brandon Marshall. Here are all the released players:
