ALAMEDA, Calif. _ Quarterback Derek Carr will watch the Raiders play for a division title on television.
Coach Jack Del Rio confirmed Friday that Carr will not be traveling on the team charter to Denver when the Raiders face their AFC West rivals with a first-round bye on the line.
Carr underwent surgery Tuesday to repair a broken right fibula. The Raiders depart for Denver Saturday.
On the final pre-Denver injury report, Carr and tackle Austin Howard (shoulder) were the only players listed as out. Also probably not playing is safety Karl Joseph, who was limited in practice but listed as doubtful.
Players who were limited in practice Friday and likely to play as questionable were wide receiver Michael Crabtree (ankle), wide receiver Amari Cooper (shoulder), guard Kelechi Osemele (knee), wide receiver Andre Holmes (shoulder), defensive tackle Stacy McGee (groin), running back Jalen Richard (shoulder), linebacker Perry Riley Jr. (hamstring) and linebacker Malcolm Smith (hamstring).
Denver officially ruled out two potential starters because of injury Friday _ safety T.J. Ward (concussion) and defensive end Derek Wolfe (neck). Linebacker Brandon Marshall (hamstring) is questionable.
