Raiders punter delivers funny apology after angering the entire city of Winnipeg

The Oakland Raiders and Green Bay Packers are off to Winnipeg — located in the Canadian province of Manitoba — to play an NFL preseason game.

But according to a shirt worn by Raiders punter A.J. Cole and posted in a photo from the team’s Twitter account, Winnipeg is located in … Alberta.

Oops.

Look, these things happen. And it sounds like it wasn’t completely Cole’s fault: Per a tweet, he said, “If amazon prime counts as a cheap flea market, guilty as charged lol.”

But he also ended up apologizing for the gaffe with a very funny tweet (and yes, he also said “sorry” in other tweets):
