With the Oakland Raiders set to take on the Indianapolis Colts in a little more than an hour, the team has announced their seven inactive players for Week 4.
As expected, starting right guard Gabe Jackson will not play as he continues to deal with a knee injury that was suffered during training camp. Starting kick and punt returner Dwayne Harris is also inactive after injuring his ankle in Week 2.
