The Raiders continue to add to their defense as they have added former Tampa Bay Buccaneer defensive end Carl Nassib. Nassib recorded six sacks in each of the last two seasons for the Buccaneers and is one of the better defensive ends against the run.
Nassib is expected to play behind Maxx Crosby and Clelin Ferrell and should be a big part of the team’s defensive line rotation. Look for Nassib to be the team’s third defensive end and even play some snaps at defensive tackle in nickel packages for the Raiders.
