The Oakland Raiders have wrapped up their third preseason game, improving to 3-0 in the exhibition contests. In just over a week, the Raiders will be forced to cut their roster from 90 to 53 players. For the first time in several seasons, Oakland will be release several players who should be on NFL rosters. This is one of their deeper teams in recent memory.
The Raiders also has some significant roster battles going on, such as Mike Glennon versus Nathan Peterman, Keelan Doss versus Marcell Ateman versus Ryan Grant and especially on the defensive line. There are going to be some decisions made over the next week that will tough for the front office to make.
