If there was ever any doubt that Liverpool have got right inside Manchester City's heads at the moment, the incident between Raheem Sterling and Joe Gomez on international duty knocked it right into touch.
We saw from Pep Guardiola's touchline meltdown on Sunday that the pressure Liverpool have been putting on his side constantly for the last twelve months is getting to him.
And for Sterling to react the way he reportedly did to an international team-mate shows that the reaction he gets every time he comes to Anfield rattles him.
