Rafferty needs a new home where his 3 legs, missing teeth and unique hair-do won't matter

He has three legs, just a few teeth and a face only a mummy could love, but little Rafferty is hoping his charming personality will help find him a new home.

The rescue team at Almost Home believe he is around five or six years old and is a cross-breed Lhasa Apso and Chinese Crested Dog.

This little fella was removed from a dog pound a few months ago and has been cared for in Co Down ever since.

A spokesperson for Almost Home said: "He’s a Lhasa/Chinese created so has the most wonderful hairdo along with a few balder patches of the Chinese crested.

"His three legs don’t hold him back in any way, neither do his missing teeth on one side.

"So we're not painting a great picture but in spite of all his little ways Rafferty is the most loving and kind dog you could ever meet.

"He is an absolute gem of a dog and it's time for him to find a family that will love him as much as we do."
