Rafa Mujica toils as Barry Douglas fails to impress - How Leeds United's 10 loanees are faring

Leeds United currently have 10 players out on loan elsewhere, the majority of whom are from their academy.

The Whites have often taken advantage of the loan system in the past by lending their fringe players to other clubs for them to gain experience or transfer value, with long-term loanee Eunan O'Kane the only player not currently featuring due to injury.

We have taken a look at how each one of Leeds' current loanees got on this weekend.

Robbie Gotts - Salford City

Gotts played just over an hour for Salford City on Saturday afternoon as they drew 0-0 with Southend United in League Two.

Leeds 0-1 Aston Villa - Marcelo Bielsa reacts

The 21-year-old, who moved to the Ammies in January, was booked on 61 minutes just before he was taken off in a bore draw in Southend.

Gotts had an effort tipped over by Shrimpers goalkeeper Harry Seaden early into the second-half.

Barry Douglas - Blackburn Rovers

Douglas played the full 90 minutes for Blackburn Rovers as they drew 1-1 with Coventry City at Ewood Park.

The left-back was booked on 61 minutes but in the second half, he didn't have much to contend with defensively for Rovers.

However, when he did get forward, the Leeds loanee's deliveries were inconsistent throughout the 90 minutes.

Alfie McCalmont - Oldham Athletic

McCalmont played the full 90 minutes for Oldham Athletic as they picked up an impressive 3-1 victory at Carlisle United.

The midfielder has been in fine form for the Latics - where he has scored three times and registered two assists in League Two but failed to add to that on Saturday.

The 20-year-old helped his temporary side end their winless run of three games as they produced a fine comeback in Cumbria.

Mateusz Bogusz - Logrones

Bogusz was a late substitute for Logrones on Saturday but was unable to help them overcome a 1-0 defeat to Mallorca.

The Polish midfielder has played 16 times for his temporary team in the Spanish second division this season, scoring one goal and registering the same amount of assists.

Laurens De Bock - Zulte Waregem

De Bock played the full 90 minutes for the Belgian side as they beat Kortrijk 2-1 on Saturday.

The 28-year-old was booked with just over 10 minutes to go but helped his side pick up a crucial win in the Jupiler League.

Kun Temenuzhkov - Real Union

Temenuzhkov was an unused substitute in Real Union's 2-0 win over Amorebieta on Saturday.

So far this season, the 21-year-old Bulgarian forward has scored three times in 13 appearances for the Spanish minnows.

Ryan Edmondson - Northampton Town

Edmondson played 79 minutes of Northampton Town's 2-1 defeat against Swindon Town on Saturday afternoon.

The 19-year-old striker is still looking for his first direct goal involvement for the Cobblers since signing for the League One side in January.

Jordan Stevens - Bradford City

Stevens barely had a chance to make an impression on Saturday as he was brought on for the final three minutes of Bradford City's 2-1 win at Walsall in League Two.

Since signing for the Bantams, the 20-year-old has not scored or assisted in seven league appearances.

Rafa Mujica - Las Palmas

Mujica was brought off at half-time of Las Palmas' 4-0 defeat to Castellon.

The 22-year-old was booked in the first-half and manager Pepe Mel decided to bring the striker off at the break.
