Rafa Benitez is ready to blow Arsenal out of the water after making Ben White a top transfer target at Everton.
The Toffees have hired the former Liverpool manager as their new coach, much to the disdain of a section of fans.
But the Spaniard is dedicated to taking the blue half of Merseyside to the next level.
And he and Marcel Brands already have a number of transfer targets in mind, but it spells bad news for Arsenal - who are desperate to land a centre-back in the window this summer.
Brighton star White has been the subject of two bids from the Gunners, the latest amounting £50m.

The Seagulls are keen on keeping the defender but realise that a huge bid that region cannot be turned down very easily.
It spells an end to White's time at the Amex Stadium, where he came up through the ranks before a successful loan at Leeds United put him on the map.
However, his destination might be further up north than previously believed after the arrival of Everton on the scene.
Arsenal looked like the favourites to snap up the England international but Benitez is keen on bringing him to Goodison Park.
According to the Daily Mail, the Toffees are preparing a bid of £50m, plus £5m in add-ons.
That trumps Arsenal's bid of £50m and now White is eyeing a move to Everton instead.

The 23-year-old had his heart set on a move to the Emirates but he has been impressed with the manner in which the Toffees have conducted themselves this summer with Benitez.
Everton are also in the rare situation where they can offer players European football over Arsenal, who have failed to qualify for a continental competition for the first time in 25 years.
Their bid also works better for Brighton, with £30m paid up front with a further £20m in instalments and £5m extra in potential add-ons.
With the Seagulls happy to receive an offer over their £50m valuation, the onus is now on Arsenal to either match or best Everton's bid.
Mikel Arteta will be wary of being drawn into a bidding war, though, with plenty of other targets being eyed including Manuel Locatelli and Albert Sambi Lokonga.
However, a defender is pivotal to the Gunners after losing David Luiz in the summer when his contract expired.
