Flavorpill have drawn our welcome attention to indie internet radio station Viva La Pop!, the audio outlet for arts and counter-culture publication The Pop Manifesto.
The station features consecutive two hour-long shows from various contributors, which are scheduled "democratically", as and when they are submitted - this is no place for the pushy types normally found gracing our airwaves. If you don't like what the live player is proffering, you can always tune into the Viva Mix, which currently includes tracks from The Human League, Pat and Pats, France Gall, Brian Eno and Misfits, or browse their back-catalogue of shows. There's also a gallery of images representing the various musical eras covered by contributors. Enjoy.
