Miley Cyrus, Little Mix and the 1975 have been announced as the headliners of BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2019.
The station's annual live music event will travel to Middlesbrough this summer, taking place in Stewart Park from May 25-26.
Khalid, Zara Larsson and Mabel have also been confirmed for the two-day event, with more than 50 other artists from both the UK and abroad still yet to be revealed.
The Big Weekend event is now in its 16th year. In 2018, it took residence in Swansea, welcoming Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Florence and the Machine to perform.

Ticket information will be announced on Radio 1 “in the coming weeks”, organisers said.
